Adventure Is Everywhere

This morning Kyle and I stopped at our favorite breakfast spot - The Original Pancake House. Only the best smells and flavors come from there.... We got in there and the wait was over an hour long... so we watched the bar and snagged a spot once a couple had finished. Best decision ever! I recommend sitting at their bar for breakfast any day. Barely a wait and probably the best, sweetest waitress you can have in the place. We got our traditional berries and whipped cream. Whipped cream is to die for, especially there since they make it in house. I ordered a mocha and once it came out Kyle had to have one based on the presentation alone. He loves a good looking coffee! Ha! For our meals, Kyle had banana caramel French toast and I had the eggs Benedict. Oh so delicious!
We then headed to National Camera Exchange to get our newest addition for adventure making - an Olympus OM-D E-M 10 Mark II. Quite the camera. We walked in and briefly played with the kids toys before the man at the counter called us up. I snapped this picture of Godzilla torturing the town while Kyle chatted about our options with the guy. We fell in love with the silver model... just so pretty and has a slightly vintage feel. It should be really nice for capturing Cedar in action this year and hopefully some great sights while camping. We will be headed to classes in the near future so we can learn how to use this new gadget. As we were leaving, Kyle said, "I think you should drive so I can play with the camera!" Needless to say Kyle is excited to start learning how to use it and capturing memories.
