Cabochon DI Treble “Irma”

Irma comes from Cabochon Farms, she was one of the first does of our herd. We are incredibly excited to have the opportunity to have her on our farm. Getting doelings from a well respected farm and gaining a great mentorship is incredibly important to us so that we can be successful in our milking journey and gain invaluable knowledge. We are so grateful Wendy has been such a wonderful mentor for us and always available to answer questions and support us.

We decided on Irma (and Spice) because we wanted to have twin doelings on the farm to be able to see the differences between the two when breeding. The genetics components and how they present in kidding have always interested us and we believe are incredibly important in ensuring we have a superior herd that meets our goals.

In addition to great genetics, we value a solid temperment. Irma is spunky and super affectionate. She is great at her job of getting on the milk stand with no issue. As we continue to prepare her for her first freshening, she is doing well at being still on the stand. We are looking forward to her contributions to our herd.
